COVID-19 played a huge part in pushing me to start my business. After nearly 30 years in the travel industry, it was clear that I needed to explore a different journey. Taking the gifts and the tools I received during my time in Corporate America, I incorporate those into my business today.
My years in the hospitality industry and a strong background in client success management coupled with an extensive operations background enable me to offer my clients several lenses to create change and improve processes.

Marketing is an expense that is inevitable. Both my mentors, Mike and Gregg, have shared thoughts and ideas for me to take advantage of marketing opportunities with minimal expense. I’ve started to do more speaking engagements, both pro-bono and paid. It has given me seeds to plant and to focus on more speaking engagement opportunities that will create revenue and allow me to share my experiences with others.
Map out a plan and secure a mentor who has experience in other parts of the business where you may not be as versed. A vision board worked well for me; I still use it today.
